Mindful Living                                                                                               The practice of mindfulness is essentially a practice of learning to live in the present moment. It is the continuous practice of touching life deeply in every moment of daily life. To be mindful is to be truly alive, present and at one with those around you and with what you are doing.

Meditation Session

Our Sangha meets every Thursday night from 7pm – 9pm with the follows agenda:

7:00 pm : Sitting/Guided meditation & Walking meditation

8:00 pm : Refreshments

8:15 pm : Reading & Dharma discussion

9:00 pm : Adjourns

All friends and family as well as teens are welcome to attend this weekly meditation session. All service and session at the Compassion Meditation Center free of charge. However, donation (dana) is encouraged to maintain the facility.

Day of Mindfulness

The mindful living of Norther California practice in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh meets on the second Saturday of every odd months at the Wisdom Meditation School, 7233 Pleasants Valley, Vacaville, CA.  It is leaded by Dharma Teachers from 10am – 4 pm.
